ZebraTrade Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By using ZebraTrade, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the product.

2. What ZebraTrade provides

ZebraTrade provides tools for trading journaling, trade review, process tracking, AI-assisted reflection, coaching insights, reports, lessons, challenges, analytics, Leagues progress and community-related product features.

3. No financial advice

ZebraTrade does not provide financial advice, investment advice, trading signals, broker recommendations or guarantees of profitability.

All trading decisions are your own responsibility. Trading involves risk, including the possible loss of capital.

4. User accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

ZebraTrade may suspend or restrict access if the product is abused, attacked or used in a way that harms the service or other users.

5. Your data

You own the trading journal content you create in ZebraTrade. By using the product, you allow ZebraTrade to store and process your data as needed to provide the service, sync your account, generate product features and improve ZebraTrade.

6. AI features

AI-generated reviews, reports, lessons and coaching insights are intended for reflection and educational support only.

AI output may be incomplete, incorrect or not suitable for your situation. You should not rely on ZebraTrade AI as financial advice.

7. Beta access and future pricing

ZebraTrade may be offered for free during beta. Features, limits, availability and pricing may change over time.

Early supporter discounts may be offered in the future, but ZebraTrade may change beta terms, pricing or availability before paid plans are introduced.

8. Community and user content

If ZebraTrade includes community, profile, feedback or posting features, you are responsible for the content you submit.

Do not submit illegal, abusive, misleading, harmful or unauthorized content.

9. Availability and changes

ZebraTrade may change, improve, remove or pause features at any time, especially during beta.

ZebraTrade is provided as-is and may contain bugs, interruptions or incomplete features.

10. Limitation of liability

ZebraTrade is not responsible for trading losses, missed opportunities, financial decisions, data entered incorrectly by users or decisions made based on AI output or product analytics.
